Terms of Service

The friendly rules of the garage.

These terms apply to Foam & Fenders: Garage Tycoon (the “Game”) by Nasral Labs, published on Google Play as SosalGames. By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. The Game's art, music, code, names and other content belong to us or our licensors.

2. Virtual items and purchases

  • The Game may offer virtual currency and items (gems, the starter pack, income boosts, auto-collect, the piggy bank and similar items). They are a licence to use content inside the Game — they have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the Game.
  • Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
  • Consumable items are used up when spent. Since progress is stored on your device, items are lost if you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game, except non-consumable purchases, which can be restored from Google Play.
  • We may rebalance prices, rewards and game economy in updates.

3. Fair play

Please don't hack, decompile for cheating, modify, resell or exploit the Game, its purchases or its bugs, and don't use it to break the law. We may stop supporting copies obtained outside Google Play.

4. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any feature. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We will try to give notice before switching off anything you paid for.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost progress or data, or amounts beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your consumer rights.

6. Privacy

How the Game handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the new date will be shown above, and continuing to play means you accept them. Mandatory consumer law of your country of residence still applies.
