Privacy Policy

What the game stores, and what it doesn't.

In short: no accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your progress stays on your phone. Purchases are handled by Google Play — we never see your payment details.

Who we are

Foam & Fenders: Garage Tycoon is made by Nasral Labs, an independent studio that publishes on Google Play under the developer name SosalGames (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the processing described here. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@sosalgames.com. Anything else: hello@sosalgames.com.

What the app stores and why

  • No backups. The game opts out of Android Auto Backup: the save file is not copied to your Google account.
  • No accounts or sign-in. The game has no registration and does not ask for your name, email, phone, contacts, location, photos or microphone.
  • No advertising ID, no ads SDK, no third-party analytics in the current version.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (gems, the starter pack, income boosts, auto-collect, the piggy bank and similar items) are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles your payment details under the Google Privacy Policy; we only receive confirmation that a purchase happened.

Internet and permissions

The app requests internet access only to talk to Google Play for purchases, and vibration for haptic feedback (can be switched off in the game's settings). The game is fully playable offline.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we do not receive it. Google processes data when you install, update and pay through Google Play, under its own policies.

Children

The game is aimed at players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Retention and deletion

Game data stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. We keep no server copy. Step-by-step instructions: Delete my data. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to answer and then for up to 12 months, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object, and to complain to your data protection authority. Since the app keeps data only on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in Android settings. For anything else, write to privacy@sosalgames.com — we reply within 30 days.

Security

The save file is kept in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read on a non-rooted device. Purchases are verified through Google Play.

Changes

If we add features that touch personal data (for example ads, cloud saves or analytics), we will update this page and the Google Play Data safety section before that version is released, and change the date above.
